Maria Vasanelli, President of the Board of Directors of Catholic Family Services of Durham, speaking on behalf of the Board and Staff, is pleased to announce that Elizabeth Pierce, MSW, has accepted the position of Executive Director, effective September 13, 2010.

Ms. Pierce has been an employee of the Agency for over fourteen years. Most recently, Ms. Pierce has been serving the Agency as the Acting Executive Director while the Board carried out its search regarding a new Executive Director. Prior to this position Elizabeth was the Senior Counselling Program Manager. Her knowledge of the agency, her professionalism and leadership gifts will continue to provide leadership and counseling management in the Durham Region community.
