Women's Wellness Workshop

This is a 5 week workshop for women that explores topics such as self-esteem, body image, assertiveness, stress management, coping and self care.

Currently, this group is open to clients only. Please call the intake department to become a client  or speak with your counsellor about registration.

Fee for group: $ 50.00, with subsidy available upon request.
