It’s Great to Be Me

This group is about equipping children (girls and boys aged 7-11) to do all they can to have a healthy self-esteem, by addressing what self-esteem really means and how participants feel and think about themselves. It teaches the children that when they have a healthy self-esteem it helps them to get along better with others, to trust, to try new things and to be more resilient when they make a mistake or things don’t work out at home, at school or with peers.
