A Couples Journey

Programs & Services

The current economy can and is placing challenges and stressors on a couple’s relationship! This workshop is a skills based, educational workshop aimed at helping couples to strengthen existing skills and/or develop new strategies to cope with these challenges. Specific topics include: making a relationship sound/strong, increasing intimacy and connectedness, dealing with relationship change and conflicts and how to build upon those relationship qualities that increase the odds a couple stays together versus separating.
