W.A.V.E part I

A 12 week psycho-educational group for women who have experienced abuse in an intimate relationship. Topics include cycle of violence, effects on children, legal issues, safety, understanding the abusive behavior, self-esteem and effects on women. Groups are available in both Oshawa and Ajax offices.
