Lose the Stress, Not Your Mind

This workshop looks at parenting under stress in these economic times.  Specifically, we will discuss and gain a better understanding of the challenges of “Generation Xcess”, look at skills to create an atmosphere in the home that reduces stress (a “haven”) - one that is simplified and less busy, and we will focus on creating a relationship with our children that is less prone to being stressful.  Discussion also helps parents to identify their value system and how that can minimize stress in their family home.
