Keeping Your Cool with Your Kids

Parenting effectively and calmly is hard and this is especially true during difficult times and transitions! Join us for some discussion that focuses on why parenting can be difficult, what’s so bad about a parent losing their cool, what it has felt like when a parent “loses it” and what has happened when they have stayed calm, how to do more of a good thing, and the value and importance of connecting with their children. This workshop also focuses on raising children specifically in today’s culture.
