This workshop is designed for individuals feeling the stress of difficult economic times, or any other stress in daily life and who are looking to increase faith and hope during these times. The workshop addresses how to understand better how to keep going, joyfully, by facilitating an opportunity for participants to take time to look within for the source of hope and joy. Through group discussion, participants can learn from others who have found faith in hard times, and can develop, or improve, a “tool kit” of strategies for building faith and happiness.
